How Much Is Too Much the Fight for Child Support

Playing in the AFC conference championship? Priceless. Paying $70,000 a month in child support? Quite the opposite.

New York Jets wide receiver Braylon Edwards was not particularly ecstatic to find out his ex and "America's Next Top Model" contestant Nik Pace is demanding this incredibly high sum of cash for their son, born August of 2010. Believe it or not, Pace only had one child, who Edwards requested to gain partial custody of. Despite his fight to be legally named as the boy's father, Pace denied him permission.

Although the state of New York does not award joint custody to both parents, both Edwards and Pace can come to an agreement which will allow joint custody. Pending this agreement, Edwards can gain proper visitation rights if Pace refuses joint custody.
